Tesco are a familiar name, but did you know that they offer a range of financial products, including life insurance?

Tesco offer three types and life insurance cover

Tesco Fixed Term Life Insurance

With Tesco fixed term life insurance your loved ones get a fixed cash payment if you die. This can be used for any purpose such as paying off the mortgage on the family home or replacing income lost as a result of your death. Critical illness cover can be added.

As a rough guide, £100,000 of cover for a 37 year old male non-smoker would cost around £10.50 per month for 20 years cover

Tesco Mortgage Life Insurance

Tesco mortgage life insurance will provide a cash sum if you die within the period of cover. This cash sum is designed to reduce in line with a standard repayment mortgage. As with Tesco fixed term life insurance, critical illness cover can be added as an extra cost option. The Tesco mortgage life insurance product is designed for people with repayment mortgages.

Example cost : £100,000 cover for a 37 year old male non-smoker with two children would cost less than £8.50 per month for 20 years.

Tesco Life Cover With Critical Illness

Tesco life insurance with critical illness can pay out a one-off cash sum if you're diagnosed with a critical illness Tesco cover, or you die. This cash sum remains the same during your cover.

Tesco critical illness cover with mortgage life insurance will pay out a one-off cash sum if you're diagnosed with a critical illness Tesco cover, or you die. But with this product the cash sum is designed to reduce in line with a standard repayment mortgage.
